REGISTRATION PAYMENTS
This is an ALL-INCLUSIVE event. Please see the registration form for the required payment amount. 
We accept all major credit cards through PayPal.

*Deposit must accompany each initial registration* 
Payments may be made in full, or use the suggested guide for payment options. 
A minimum of ½ your payment MUST be submitted by May 25, 2025 

REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY 
We have a commitment to The Jordan Ranch facility to provide them with timely and adequate information and payments. 
While we understand unforeseen circumstances, we ask that you are diligent in your planning and attempt to make every effort to fulfill the requirements set forth in this packet. 
To cancel your retreat registration, you must contact a representative of your affiliated organization. ~REFUNDS-70% of payment issued for requests POSTMARKED by August 25, 2025. 
~NO REFUNDS available POSTMARKED September 15, 2025-see Transfer/Swap policy. 

TRANSFER/SWAP POLICY
In the event you are unable to attend the retreat and wish to transfer your registration to another person or swap roommate(s), you must submit your request to the contact of your affiliated organization. 
No transfers or swaps will be processed after September 29, 2025. 

OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Appropriate casual attire is recommended throughout the event. Rural environment. 
Friday evening attire is Denim and Diamonds; please prepare your wardrobe accordingly.
