GENERAL INFORMATION: All-Inclusive Packet (King or Double Room, Banquet Facilities, 2 Breakfasts, 2 Dinners, and Registration Appetizers). ROOM ACCOMMODATIONS: All rooms include a mini refrigerator, 2 double beds or King Bed, and ADA rooms are available if needed. Must check the box on the registration form. FYI: Double beds may only accommodate 1 occupant if you are a full-figured female, may fit 2 of petite size. Please keep your comfort in mind when selecting how many occupants per room. ROOMS ARE AVAILABLE ON A 1ST COME 1ST SERVE BASIS. Please do not contact the facility to block your rooms, this is only done via registration through the TrUnity Organization. We will inform the contact of your affiliated organization if availability is limited to your request. PARKING/TRANSPORTATION: Roundtrip coach bus available (see bottom of page 4 for details), Self-parking available (Free), or Shuttle for College Station/Bryan sightseeing 8-mile radius (free, check with front desk/valet).

REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY:

We have a commitment to The Hilton facility to provide them with timely and adequate information and payments. While we understand unforeseen circumstances, we ask that you are diligent in your planning and attempt to make every effort to fulfill the requirements set forth in this packet. To cancel your retreat registration, you must contact a representative of your affiliated organization. ~REFUNDS-70% of payment issued for requests POSTMARKED by August 25, 2024. ~NO REFUNDS available POSTMARKED September 15, 2024-see Transfer/Swap policy. TRANSFER/SWAP POLICY: In the event you are unable to attend the retreat and wish to transfer your registration to another person, or swap roommate(s), you must submit a signed written request to the contact of your affiliated organization. No transfers or swaps will be processed after September 22, 2024.

I understand that TrUnity Inc will attempt to contact my emergency contact before securing medical treatment, but that this consent is given in case they are not available in an emergency. I release the TrUnity Inc leaders and staff affiliated with this event from any and all claims, loss, cost, damage, or expense arising out of or from any accident or other occurrences, including viruses or infectious diseases causing injury to any person or property.
